These Terms of Service govern your use of ViVum's Analytic Suite, provided by us. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • (f) Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
